Kim Carbia is a Career Coach with over fifteen years of experience in staffing and employment. Having had the opportunity to work for a major airline as a Corporate Recruiter, as well as other staffing companies, she has reviewed thousands of resumes and interviewed hundreds of candidates for dozens of different types of jobs. About four years ago, she made a conscious decision to start using her expertise in recruiting, resume writing, and interviewing to help the job seeker. She has a real passion for counseling job seekers and preparing them for the in(s) and out(s) of their job search. As a former recruiter, she knows what employers are looking for in a resume and in an interview, and she has a real sweet spot for sharing the “secrets” with people just like you.
