Avery PTA recently participated in the “Save Our School Nurses” campaign.  We sent a letter expressing the importance of our school nurse, Sandra McFarland, and over 150 Popsicle sticks representing a week’s worth of student visits to our nurse’s office to our representatives.  Please feel free to contact our representatives about the importance of keeping nurses in our schools.  Every voice needs to be heard!
